Under art. 74ss of the Financial Services Act (FinSA)disputes between financial service providers and their clients should be resolved, if possible, in an ADR procedure led by an Ombudsman Office

The Mediation Body will handle ADR requests relating to disputes between affiliated professionals and their clients, for example, regarding: 

  • Suitability and appropriateness of the financial services (art. 10ss FinSA)

  • Service execution

  • Data protection

  • Retrocessions
